Have owned a unit here since it’s opening, and one of the few buildings that increases in service and upkeep year over year. Everything is always clean, maintained, and improved…. From food, to pool to spa. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful… so nice they are like family. The board is ethical and invested in the building. Absolute heaven and a privilege to live here.
excellent
Valet / doorman see me struggling to open door because of the bags I was holding. They don’t help me open the door and continue to chit chat while on the clock. Horrible service and rude workers.
One of the best residencial buildings in Sunny Isles.
