I have lived at the Ritz Carlton North Hills in different buildings since 2018. I cannot say enough good things about living here. The staff, the service, the way the property is maintained as well as the excellent actual building quality. What I thought may be a negative living close to parkway annd expressway is actually wonderful access to everything. Amazing place, I feel so lucky to live here!!
Condominiums are nice, however, unfortunately, the same can not be said about some of the workers. The security guards are extremely strict, somewhat child-like. These residences are far away from the city and there is not much to do around the area.
The staff working here are extremely rude. They don't treat people with proper respect. There's 2 specific workers who have been exceedingly rude I am going to try to find out their names and re update this review. They have no respect for anyone and a lot of money is paid to live in these gorgous places. I will not be mistreated and have the staff who come work for me at my place mistreated as well
