Distinctly mediocre. Great service in every restaurant, club lounge and pool side (adult pool). Reception, we felt, were quite supercilious. Room was ok. A king, desert view with club access was so small, only one sink, horrible Diptique products, broken remote, broken candle on balcony, not enough towels, cleaning wasn’t great (used towels not removed) and no hooks in bathroom (apart from in the shower/tub stall). Great location one of the good views of the desert. Great Velet Service. Restaurant offers good variety of food.
Marriott is hoping people won’t notice their broken cage-free promise. But we see the truth, and we refuse to stay silent while hens suffer. Caged hens endure feather loss, brittle bones, and constant fear for their lives, living in cramped wire cages that deny them any freedom. You promised you would, Marriott. Please fulfill your promise
Calming views, excellent food, and cosy beds to relax. I stayed for a business workshop in town, and enjoyed the quiet time in the desert. Staff were excellent and very friendly.
