Not on brand for having the Ritz -Carlton name. The presence of luxury and hospitality was at an all time low. Service was ok, breakfast waited 25 mins for a omelette, had to get our own sharing plates, bar service no acknowledgment of asking for water or snacks. Rooms are small and thin walls, we could hear the people above us, with no possible upgrades for Platinum members. We went as a couple to their candlelight music event. We enjoyed the string quartet. We purchased a cocktail at the bar. It was very pricey $30 per drink, and not very good.
Only came up for drinks but what a great view!

Valet grabbed our luggage the second we pulled up. Madison at the desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating, acknowledged my status and upgraded us to a fireside room without missing a beat. My husband and I have stayed at many Ritz Carlton resorts across the world and this has been a bad experience. We arrived at the hotel to check in just after 3pm and were told our room is guaranteed to be ready by 4pm as we were told it was one of the last ones to be cleaned. We waited patiently. Shortly after 4 pm we hadn’t heard anything yet so we asked for an update and they said it would be a further 40 mins and that they would call when it’s ready.
