My stay at the Ritz-Carlton was exceptional from beginning to end. I can’t say enough about the beautiful views, outstanding food, and the level of service throughout the hotel. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Not a Ritz Carlton brand, this place is a standard 4 star Marriott at best. So disappointed and we've stayed at plenty of REAL Ritz Carlton locations. Bathroom is tiny and has a single sink, no mini-bar or snacks. Pool is crammed with chairs and wrapped in fencing, pool bar looks like they converted a storage room into a bar and cut a hole in the wall and added five chairs for you to sit at and look at the joke that they call a bar.
