Nice hotel. Door, concierge and cleaning were great. Bathrooms get amazing. Closets and setup were comfortable and great beverages available. Rooms furniture did not meet expectations. Had breakfast at ground floor restaurant and the quality of the food did not meat expectations. The service at the restaurant did not meat expectations. Over all I would be back because of the location, room comfort and the devoted men and women working at the door and reception.

Despite being a frequent Marriott guest with upgrade perks tied to my account, I’ve found the benefits to be unreliable at best. Upgrades are rarely honored, and instead of receiving them, I was often presented with “discounted” upgrade offers that were actually the same price listed online. A True Manhattan Gem I had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton NoMad for over 60 nights during a work trip, and it quickly became one of my favorite hotels in New York. The rooms are beautifully designed, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and the rooftop is worth visiting even just for a cocktail — it never fails to impress.
