Super cozy and elegant
First let me say every Ritz-Carlton I have stayed at was next level. My experience here was a bit different then the others. I got to the hotel at 4pm which is check in time but room was not ready. So I waited; the free wine made it easy. I waited in the lobby and ate at lobby restaurant after a while I decided to eat at the Bazaar. Both restaurants were awesome but Bazaar was a must dine to me. Great place! Roof top bar is amazing. Update from original - stayed again and still Love it, however, as Titanium Elite member, the second stay I did not get automatic access to lounge based in this property’s rule set - never had that before with Ritz or Marriott properties before.
Was in town for Broadway shows and heard about the roof top bar thought we would check it out, Six of us walked 20 blocks, walk in the door great first impression then we get to the elevator and the man at the door says no Uggs aloud like she was scum. Totally embarrased her in front of the company we were with. We are all dressed 100% appropriately and my wife wore warm comfortable shoes as it's 29 degrees outside.
