Exceptional!
Have called multiple times, left messages, and no one cares to call me back. Not the type of service I've ever dealt with at a Ritz Carlton before. I try calling during the week, on the weekends, each time I'm told I'll get a call back. I've never found it so hard to spend money.
Que triste regresar a uno de los que fuera el hotel mas bello del mundo y encontrarte con una degradación en todo los aspectos. Nos recibió un hombre maleducado y nada profesional.
