I know this is gonna sound like I’m just writing a good review, however, this experience somehow made me feel not only like royalty, but like I was in my own home with people I had known for years. I am not gonna name names, because everyone was truly just as delightful as the next. I know this is just a review but from the bottom of my heart, thank you all so much for making my day so extremely heartfelt, warm, safe, kind, compassionate and truly the best spa experience I have and probably ever will have in my life. I had the BEST massage with Melanie. She is really skilled, strong, and knowledgeable. Her massage techniques are superb. I came in barely able to move my right arm and shoulder and walked out light as a feather after an 80 minute session with her. Overall spa was nice clean and staff was pleasant. Highly suggest enjoying whirlpool and sauna after.
Exceptional!
Have called multiple times, left messages, and no one cares to call me back. Not the type of service I've ever dealt with at a Ritz Carlton before. I try calling during the week, on the weekends, each time I'm told I'll get a call back. I've never found it so hard to spend money.
