Service needs improvement but location and sky view were awesome
Solid experience here overall. Absolutely stunning property, fantastic views (forget Melbourne skydeck, just come here!). Rooms are modern and relatively spacious, and the breakfast is pretty good. Service is good, the ritz Carlton standard we all have come to expect. The two drawbacks we had staying here were as follows— Firstly the concierge seemed a little incompetent at times. Excellent location, friendly staff, beautiful room, property & views. Stayed in spacious room 7207 (see pic & vids) and had the 50 AUD breakfast buffet in the morning. Room also had bunch of complimentary Wallaby canned stillwater which is much appreciated during the hot days. Everything was lovely and I look forward to coming back.
