The staff overall was very nice! The only small issue we had was that a lot of times we couldn't reqch valet, were transferred to the front desk, asked for our car, and then they never communicated with valet to get our car. My friend went to the sister property and beach and had an issue getting service from Rick. She said he walked by her and my son multiple times without being acknowledged. We come here every year for our anniversary and every year we look forward to getting amazing service from Michelle at Bella Vista at the lobby bar. She has become part of our anniversary tradition. She always goes above and beyond to make our experience perfect. The live music always tops the experience. Big thank you as always. Will be back soon!

We had the Thanksgiving Buffet. It was $180 a person. The food was like the buffet at a nursing facility . The main meal of Turkey was accompanied by bad canned gravy and under done green beans. There were no sweet potatoes, stuffing or other options for vegetables. I was extremely dissatisfied. The service was lacking but it’s Thanksgiving so I will give them a pass on that. I highly recommend a frozen turkey dinner. It would taste the same for $10.00.

Beautiful hotel with great service. Kids really enjoyed the water slides and lazy river.
