This resort was amazing, all staff were so nice and calming. Jose the chef was amazing. I totally recommend him if anyone has food allergies that they are concerned about. The lazy river is not so “lazy” but fast and fun. 5/5 stars for me, I totally recommend it.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the treatment I received at your front desk. I arrived with my two children and was denied check-in because the reservation was under my husband’s name. Only after increasing my voice and demanding to be checked in they started to think… Despite explaining the situation, the staff made no effort to assist and instead responded with a cold and dismissive attitude. I was left feeling unwelcome and unsupported, which is unacceptable from a hotel of your reputation.
The Ritz-Carlton Tiburón remains a beautiful property, and this visit was a noticeable improvement from my previous stay. While we did run into a few maintenance issues, specifically with the A/C and plumbing, the response from the overnight general manager, Costello, made all the difference. He handled the situation with urgency, professionalism, and genuine care. We also had an exceptional housekeeper who kept everything in great shape.
