Downtown, and Coal Harbour, aren't what they used to be. Hobos often sleep on main building doorstep and around the corner. A few times they have been hostile to my family and I as we cross from Starbucks. They also often attempt to break into the underground garage. Laptops and other valuables were recently stolen from parked vehicles.
