Whitney did such an amazing job with our tux fitting today!! We loved her and she helped us every step of the way. Truly the nicest and most helpful person!
I had the best experience as a bride! I worked with Megan and she was absolutely awesome. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and she did a great job helping me narrow down what I liked. I was so excited to have her help me find my wedding dress! I had such a great experience with her and would recommend to everyone! 5 stars all the way!
If I could give them more stars I definitely would! I’ve been to this store for all my proms and formals in highschool and now I’m here for my wedding, I chose a dress that I wasn’t certain about and decided to go with the second dress I loved the same way as the first, worried that it was gone and they wouldn’t exchange a wedding dress since it’s been 3 months since I’ve been in they made it happen!! I have always loved going to The Ritz. From freshman year homecoming to now my wedding dress. The service is amazing, they always make me feel welcome! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a prom or wedding dress! Love love love!
