Katie was so thorough in explaining what she was doing and what to expect with every product being applied. My skin hasn’t felt this fresh in a long time !! I can’t wait to go back !
Katie is the sweetest ever! I had never gotten a facial before and was struggling with acne for some time, went to dermatologists and tried many different treatments but hers worked the best! I got my confidence back and my skin is doing so much better already! She made the entire appointment very comfortable and was super easy to talk to! I highly recommend The Ritual!!!🩷
I was nervous to get a sprat tan and kept clicking out of the screen when going to book my appointment because I was afraid of looking orange and I most definitely was afraid to be vulnerable. After simply talking with Katie I felt a little more comfortable and booked my appointment. It was amazing. The color was perfect. I was so comfortable and was never once judged. Katie is an amazing person and makes you feel just like that. If you're second guessing it, just get the spray tan!!
Had the seasonal facial today and it was pure heaven. So relaxing and Katie makes you feel so comfortable! The scalp massage took away all of my tension and I feel so refreshed. Thanks again for taking such great care me!
