Great place. The owner has treated me with patience and honesty. I recommend him to anyone.
I thought they we business friendly.Store was neat and organized. Seriously over priced, charged over 30 for two inner tubes.

Small but decent store; a tad overpriced though. I went there for a seatpost. Good news: He had the part. Bad news: He wanted $15 for a part that lists for $12.99 and sells for less than $10 on the internet (plus shipping). I would have paid list, but felt gouged by $15. He said "buy it on the internet", so I did. Overpriced spokes too. Cheaper at Cycle Craft in Parsippany.
I wanted to buy my first hybrid bike and went to several bike shops in the morris/essex county area. Rite Bike was excellent. The service was great and the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out the right bike for me. He also didn't pressure me into buying the more expensive bike, he gave me the pro's and con's of the various bikes. He has a decent selection of bikes.
