Ellie and Ash are pure magic! They have created such a safe and fun space for people to train with or without kids! Whether it’s a childfree sauna or the team holding the kids so I can get some strength in. Having tried so many gyms since having kids, Rise is the only place I have been able to find consistency - with my support crew cheering along the way! Thank you Ellie, Ash and Suzy!
I love this gym and so does my toddler! The classes are always challenging and push me in the best way, and the crèche is lovely! I finally get time to focus on my lifts while knowing my little one is safe and happy playing with her gym buddies. The community here is so supportive and welcoming, it really feels like a second home for both of us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
There are too many good things to say about The Rise Society! I started working out here 9 months postpartum with no previous experience at the gym. Ellie and Ash have helped me gain so much confidence and strength. They personalise the workouts to your needs and my body has totally transformed only 6 months in. The Rise Society has been an absolute game changer for me. Ash and Elle have created the most supportive, fun and amazing gym, being able to take my two kids along means I can actually go everyday and feel empowered as a mum while I’m working out and becoming a stronger and better version of me. I love what Ellie and Ash have created at The Rise Society, It’s such a fun, friendly and welcoming space that is safe, supportive and encouraging. The women that come are so welcoming and amazing the vibe is always positive, the classes and sauna make me feel so amazing after each session I am really noticing the difference.
