I’ve been living here for a few months now and honestly couldn’t ask for more from an apartment complex. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the units and the amenities are excellent. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been positive, especially Kunlé in the leasing office. He has gone out of his way to help on several occasions and has been incredibly accommodating—even when the office is about to close. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’d highly recommend.
I've lived here for about a year now and love the unit I'm currently in and what is available to me on the property! Staff is usually quick to respond to any questions or concerns I might have. However a few months ago management company implemented an AI chat bot that is a bit frustrating to use/talk to before you can talk to a real person and I wish they would do away with it.
Must not have quiet hours at this complex. Stayed here for just 2days and some inconsiderate tenant was blasting music into the night beyond 12am both days. Just not classy whatsoever. The person I visited said this tenant does this everyday and has filled complaints and nothing has been done. My first day here and I heard the loud bass music vibrating the floor. Its ridiculous and needs to stop, and management needs to actually do their job and enforce rules. Not a good look.
My partner and I were looking for an apartment and The Rise seemed to fit all of our needs. After applying, we went 3 weeks with no answer. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office. An AI answers the phones and hangs up on you every time you try to transfer to a representative. Several emails have been ignored. We paid a large fee to apply which has now gone down the drain. Good apartment thats unfortunately getting worse. To start I'll address all the negative reviews having to do with crime and cars getting broken into. I lived at this complex for 3.5 years before moving and NEVER had my car broken into or a single window smashed. I would assume the people who have this happen to them keep leaving expensive things sitting out in their cars, so dont be stupid like them and you'll be fine.
