My partner and I were looking for an apartment and The Rise seemed to fit all of our needs. After applying, we went 3 weeks with no answer. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office. An AI answers the phones and hangs up on you every time you try to transfer to a representative. Several emails have been ignored. We paid a large fee to apply which has now gone down the drain. Good apartment thats unfortunately getting worse. To start I'll address all the negative reviews having to do with crime and cars getting broken into. I lived at this complex for 3.5 years before moving and NEVER had my car broken into or a single window smashed. I would assume the people who have this happen to them keep leaving expensive things sitting out in their cars, so dont be stupid like them and you'll be fine. I actually don't live at the Rise, but was looking into it as a potential apartment. However, after they ignored my emails and phone calls for a week after I was told on four different occasions, "someone would call shortly," I feel like I have dodged a bullet. If they can't even answer a potential resident in a timely manner, I'd hate to see what they're like if you live here.
