I just moved in and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this place - both the building itself and the incredible team that runs it. The building is beautifully maintained, modern, and honestly just really pretty to come home to. The residents have all been warm and welcoming, and the vibe here is peaceful. I highly recommend reaching out to Britney and Molly if you’re considering a move to Rinrose. They are absolute gems and make living here feel like home from day one!
The Rin Rose was a great year for me. I lived in Hollywood for 16 years - I grounded myself in East Pasadena. It’s a great community with a shop for everything you might need. I made friends with so many neighbors, many of Asian decent which made me very happy. I made a vision board once and envisioned I would meet Asian friend, me a US American, and I finally did! Sometimes you get really lucky, and you accidentally stumble into a gem in life. I moved into the Rinrose in January 2025, to a beautiful building and lovely neighbors. Not too long after, we got a new staff and team. Molly, Britney, & Danny are the single best leasing staff I’ve ever worked with in any building in any place I’ve lived.
