Extremely disappointed with how this property is managed. The gym has been closed for nearly two weeks with zero communication about when it will reopen, forcing me to pay for an LA Fitness membership just to work out. On top of that, building maintenance is completely neglected—the hallway floors are filthy, and there are old food droppings splattered all over the wall in the trash chute and garbage room. I’m loving to live in the Rinrose Apartment in East Pasadena, it’s beautiful , amazing amenities, great community and the management has a lot attention to detail to serve the community, it’s definitely a 5 star living space.
Just moved into my new apartment. Great facility, great apartment, great staff. My questions got answered very promptly, and the move-in process is hence very smooth.
I just moved in and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this place - both the building itself and the incredible team that runs it. The building is beautifully maintained, modern, and honestly just really pretty to come home to. The residents have all been warm and welcoming, and the vibe here is peaceful.
