I love Dr Luty. He is a no BS kind of dr and knows his stuff. If you are dr shopping for meds, this isnt the place. They are trying to clean up reputation and doing it well. However, he needs to do a staff reset for sure. Whether it's operational processes not in place or not enforced, incompetent or uncaring staff, or knowledge gaps.... they really need to clean that up. What a group of very kind people's working there. Very helpful, knowledgeable from the time I got in to the parking lot. I was greeted with welcome to Oregon. The care they showed me when I had a bad sinus infection was above and beyond. I left thanking them from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much from the lady who answered the Phone to everyone who helped me. God bless you all.
I used to be a patient of Dr. Rhineharts before moving out of state. He genuinely cares about his patients well being and I wish more doctors were more like him. He's willing to go the extra mile to help his patients. I'm proud to have been a patient of his.
