Amazing Company!
This company is an absolute sham. We have a new build home through Pulte Group/Homes in Rancho Mirage, CA. The type of windows installed, and the installation, allows sand to literally pour through the windows and sliding glass doors. We originally had these people come out and "fix" the issue while we were under our 1 year warranty with Pulte. Now I am told that we are not within our warranty but we can pay for labor. GREAT PRICES AND WINDOWS. We live in a triple wide mobile home and needed to replace our windows. Went to several places for retrofit windows and the prices were ridiculous. I found this company called and ask a few questions and bought my windows here. Went in ordered them (6 large windows), picked them up about a week later and installed them ourselves. Horrible! The first time they were out, all the glass for the ordered hadn’t been prepared The second time, they had broken some of the glass. The third time, they are no shows. I had an appointment that they called to confirm last Friday. I waited all afternoon. No show. There is never a follow up from them. I have to call and their next available appoint is in the distant future and I’m not requesting any particular time or day of the week. It has been months.
