We worked with Kelly to place both of our parents. She was knowledgeable, caring and kind. She was quick to respond with our questions, set up numerous tours and made herself available to go with us when we asked. She was very kind to our mother and helped her navigate the process. This was difficult for the whole family and Kelly was there for us and made it easier with her guidance. We loved that she was always a phone call away, but did not constantly reach out to us with a lot of calls. I highly recommend her!
Penny is a fabulous person. She is very knowledgeable about senior services and she explained things to me and my mom that made it easy to understand. She gave us some very helpful information about how to handle different situations concerning dealing with Alzheimer's.
