I am a new patient of Dr Erika and she seems really nice, but I’m having a pretty bad experience with this office so far. I am already really nervous and uncomfortable about getting mental health help, and the fact that I showed up for a 2:30 appointment and all their lights were off and the staff member was leaving (business hours say 9-5 Tues-Friday on their website and Google???) and would not help me is really disappointing. I have never seen anyone have a passion for helping people with mental health more than Sue. She is dedicated, passionate and is always learning so that she may be able to provide the most up to date health care to her patients. I often refer patients that are struggling with mental health to Sue because I know that she will do whatever it takes to help them.
