Mike is amazing to work with. His customer first mindset and professionalism was apparent right from the beginning of our interaction. Very accommodating and mindful of making sure you're happy with the approach he's going to take. He changed our entire breaker panel and run a stove wire and a fridge wire in the same day. HORRIBLE!! I called them for two project one at my place and one at my father’s place. They said they would give me a quote and I’ve called multiple times and no response back. They worked at my father’s place…. They invoice was way higher than what they originally said and they left my father’s place a mess. Will never use again over charge when they come or they just don’t come at all.
The Right Connection and team have been great to partner with on projects. They are very organized and detail-oriented, which has made working with them a great experience.
I just had The Right Connection here for an electrical issue. The problem was repaired by them. Excellent service and they ended up saving me a considerable amount of money. I highly recommend them.
