This was a horrible experience. The maids didn’t speak English, they took 3 hrs to clean to bed rooms and 2 bathrooms, which they did not finish because there vacuum broke. Worst experience I’ve ever had
They take your money in advance and give you an email to address your concerns and never respond. Paid for services never received. William is not very clear when communicating services. Never pay for services in advance.
Ladies did a great job cleaning the bathrooms (they even cleaned the light!) and the price is very reasonable. Would recommend.
The wrong place if you are looking for a cleaning service!! Didn’t even touch my kitchen I found it the way I left it they even put my dust collector on the top of my water bottles.The manager is greedy; he will change what he said and claim you wrong so I attached photos of my kitchen. I am disappointed!! I can't believe this happened to me. My sister and I live in a small basement apartment—just a 1-bedroom, 1-bath, and 1 kitchen unit.
