Car sat outside this place for a week.. upon dropping my car off I explained I wanted bumper replaced. They emailed me a week later. I specifically told them I rarely use email. They emailed saying they "didn't know what to do with car" Have huge windows with my car in clear sitght and call back saying they don't know what it needs ? they lacked common sense as well as communication skills. They refused to work on my car . They are totally paying for reviews. Arrwow Ford Dealership and the body shop lack communication skill.... read more
Slow service. We can’t even get them to answer the phone. The number they give here for service isn’t even a working number.
