Excellent Service and Quality Work! I had hail damage repaired at Arrow Body Shop by Gilbert and his team, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They made everything so easy — picked up my car in Lubbock, completed the repairs quickly, and even delivered it back looking brand new. The work was flawless, and their customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend this body shop for anyone needing fast, professional, and convenient service!

Car sat outside this place for a week.. upon dropping my car off I explained I wanted bumper replaced. They emailed me a week later. I specifically told them I rarely use email. They emailed saying they "didn't know what to do with car" Have huge windows with my car in clear sitght and call back saying they don't know what it needs ? they lacked common sense as well as communication skills. They refused to work on my car . They are totally paying for reviews. Arrwow Ford Dealership and the body shop lack communication skill.... read more
Slow service. We can’t even get them to answer the phone. The number they give here for service isn’t even a working number.
