Had an issue with my vehicle I purchased from carvana. The process of repairing and fixing the issue, it lead me to this shop for repairs. As a retired veteran and don't have time to waste, this owner and shop did exactly what they said they would do. Took care of the paperwork process and handling through the warranty companies and getting my car back in great operating shape. This company went above and beyond to help me when I purchased a car from Carvana and it had brake issues. Time was of the essence for me to decide if I wanted to keep the car. They fixed the problem and I now feel comfortable keeping the vehicle. I highly recommend bringing your car here. They are knowledgeable, reasonably priced and excellent customer care.
Steve was the best mechanic we have ever experienced! He was very responsive from the moment I called, he started working on my vehicle immediately upon delivering it to him, the job was completed after 2 days of extensive work, and now it’s driving like a brand new vehicle for half the price of other mechanics. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone I know!
My son was in Daytona for spring break and had a crack in his power steering pump. Being out of town, it was important to find a place to help quickly and The Right Choice was it! They got the car around Noon on Thursday and it was ready to go by 9:30 Friday morning, including an oil change and a tire rotation. They were friendly, responsive, and took good care of my son and his car.
