I left three messages and never got a call back
We had a mishap and bent the front jack on our rental trailer. We made it to our designated campground and the owner gave me Neil's phone number. I called him at 9 pm after I had sent him some pictures to his cell phone. He promised to come by in the morning at 10. He was there the next morning, on time, collected the information he needed from the trailer and by 2pm, a new jack was installed and we were ready to go!
