I hired Attorney Brad Riffe to handle a lemon law claim against Hyundai. Early on, he admitted that Hyundai cases are “very difficult” and told me that if it had been Ford, we would have had an offer on the table already. Despite knowing the low chances of success, he took my money and provided minimal support throughout the process. Communication was poor, and I felt neglected.
