I contacted Brad after attempting to contact GM through the BBB unsuccessfully to buyback my car which was plagued with issues. Brad filed the necessary notices with GM and started the process. GM Ended up offering a cash settlement to keep the car. I declined it and Brad was able to get them to buy it back. While GM was extremely slow Brad was extremely responsive the entire time, and very professional. I highly recommend him for anything related to diminished value or lemon buybacks.
Worst attorney I've ever even thought of hiring. Knows nothing of you or your case and is more inclined for the adversary than you. Worthless as an attorney
