Our experience so far has been amazing. Brian is awesome with his quick responses to any questions or issues we have. The rental property is nice and we really enjoy living here. Highly recommend!
Brian is very professional and responds immediately. I loved my apartment in Springfield. It was cute, well maintained, and very affordable. It’s not easy to find pet friendly rentals in Springfield, and I was super pleased to find Ridgewood group. Highly recommend!
My family and I were in a Ridgewood Group property for approximately 3 years. It was a very spacious half a double with lots of beautiful hardwood. Brian P. was ALWAYS quick to reply to my questions. Rates were very reasonable. We didn't really have any maintenance issues. I would highly recommend them!!
I lived at one of The Ridgewood Group's properties for five years. It was a nice space with plenty of room for me and my roommate when he moved in. Brian (one of the managers/owners) was kind enough to lend me a window AC unit when I moved in, as it was the middle of summer and temperatures were quite hot. A couple years later during a cold winter when the heat went out, Brian and his business partner brought portable radiators to keep us warm enough until repairs to the furnace/gas lines could be completed.
