Brian is very professional and responds immediately. I loved my apartment in Springfield. It was cute, well maintained, and very affordable. It’s not easy to find pet friendly rentals in Springfield, and I was super pleased to find Ridgewood group. Highly recommend!
My family and I were in a Ridgewood Group property for approximately 3 years. It was a very spacious half a double with lots of beautiful hardwood. Brian P. was ALWAYS quick to reply to my questions. Rates were very reasonable. We didn't really have any maintenance issues. I would highly recommend them!!
I lived at one of The Ridgewood Group's properties for five years. It was a nice space with plenty of room for me and my roommate when he moved in. Brian (one of the managers/owners) was kind enough to lend me a window AC unit when I moved in, as it was the middle of summer and temperatures were quite hot.
