After what I've been through after what reading the reviews that have been listed I can there is a problem. I can see why Tasha doesn't know how to do her job. Check this out. Stayed in the Appalachian suite for a teacher conference. When we arrived it seemed like the lady checking us in did not know much about the hotel. The fridge looked like it had not been cleaned in a while and had sitting water in it. The jacuzzi tub had a broken stopper so it would not properly seal so water was constantly leaking when laying in it. When checking out and receiving an itemized bill they charge us $300 dollars more than what we were told in a confirmation. When we questioned them about this we were told that ... read more
