Encountered an unpleasant security guard goes by the name GABE. Incredibly rude, condescending, and doesn’t know how to speak to residents. I’ve heard many complaints about this employee. Witnessed him yelling at a resident the other day at the park. Should be fired honestly for his behavior .
******RUDE LITTLE SECURITY GUARD NAMED “GABE” IS HARASSING AND TRYING TO INTIMIDATE KIDS THAT ARE TALLER THEM HIM AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD. LITERALLY GOES AROUND STARING PEOPLE DOWN THINKING HES A BIG GUY BUT IS ACTUALLY ONLY 5 feet short!
They were very nice to me and got my gate pass installed right away before the holidays

Steady decline! The new admin staff has been extremely unhelpful and not friendly. It seems they were given orders to enforce rules instead of helping the residents of the community. I’ve tried getting a gate decal 3 times and every time I come they either change the window of time or day they are available to place the decal in the car. Mind you I’ve come every time in the morning around 9-11am, within their normal working hours. The ladies that are supposed to help just keep on telling me to come another time.
