Terrible management and cheap for a reason. We received multiple disturbance notices for issues we did not cause, and our privacy was repeatedly violated. Our deck was barely holding onto the building and they didn’t care. The staff, including the manager, seemed overwhelmed and unprofessional, creating a stressful environment. My small family lived here for a year. It was okay at times but we faced a lot of issues. During our time living there we not only had to deal with horrendous parking situations, unkept grounds, but also attitude and unprofessional behavior from the owners. There was a massive lack of communication from them that was later held against us. We were blamed and threatened many times for pet disturbances that were in fact not us but our neighbors.
