I've lived here for about 15 years now. I lived at the back of the complex for most of the time. For a couple years now I have lost the front of the complex. There is a difference!!!!! Up here it is quieter and the neighbors are actually kind. In the back of the complex they are rude and if you have a disability they will tell you to go live in a nursing home or somewhere else for elderly people or allow the kids to scream at you every time you leave your home.
