First and foremost:By far the best apartments in Blue Springs, bar none" The lake beside the property has some rich history and all kinds of wild life frequent it from deer to Blue Heron. My apartment is complete with the best of all amenities. All the other residents I have encountered are kind and thoughtful on keeping me up to date on the many events that are happening from food trucks nearby to the date and times of the Farmer's market. Place seems nice. Maitnance is good. It's all good until you go to move out. You can clean the place good and leave it empty and they want to take your security deposit and stick stick you with a $500 bill for them to clean over what you clean when they have to clean it before they can rent it out again anyway. They want to raise your rent every year.
