No chance of trying to get through the phones or Patches. You have to spend hours just to be able to get through so people who work have no chance of getting an appointment.
Worst surgery ever. Can’t even make an appointment and can’t get through to reception. No matter how early you call and when they say they’ll text you the time of your appointment they don’t. Just a horrible surgery and not professional at all.
Shambles, Patchs is never working!
Went above and beyond to help me get signed off for travel within two days. Could not thank them enough. Jackie and another lovely lady from the test results team saved the day! I’ve never had a better experience with a gp practice. So grateful for their help and support x
