A friend of mine (who happens to be Native) was being THREATENED AND HARASSED by her neighbors. This had gone on for years and when she filed complaints the board DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. When the other neighbors complained about HER they took action right away. The board members and several neighbors then took it as their incentive to harass her every time they walked past her apartment and then said “OH SHE IS JUST HEARING THINGS”.
