I can not begin to explain the horrible experience I have had here. From day one it has been a mess. I have lived here for 14 months, and we have had 5 managers. They can not keep anyone here. The assistant manager has stayed, and I have never in my life delt with such a nasty nasty person. The cursing, yelling and degrading way she speaks to us is unreal. The lady who leased us was very nice. However when we moved in we had a list of issue with the apartment. It is almost time for us to move out {11 months later} and the problems have NEVER been fixed. The apartment was never cleaned before we moved in. We left messages every month verbal and written letters. Never once were we contacted to fix the issues with the apartment. Theft is an issue here & the office never responds. I have lived here for a year and a half. I am disabled and needed an affordable place to live. I found a great one here. The girls in the office treat me great, they will even come get my rent from me so I don't have to walk to office. There are a few bad people no matter where you live, but they keep this place very quiet.
As far as the apartments go they are hands down the best in the area for the price. Never had a problem with auto break ins or any of the sort- impossible to catch management open during the "open office Hours" 8-5 m-f ... It's more like 10-2 m,w,th. My current building is full of nice neighbors, but other building show signs of hostile rowdy clowns which has already resulted in police attention due to disturbing the peace. I think this is the worst place ever to live at. The management here is awful. The new manager Kim is very unprofessional . I do not trust living here . Every which way you turn there is drugs being sold and nothing is being done about it. Good honest hard working people who do not live off of the system like myself is always getting harassed. If you want a good place to live do not move here.
Been here for almost a year now and the apartment home is very new and lovely for the price, spacious as well. The staff is very personable and kind and the manager Janette is always caring about her residents and willing to make you feel at home. Great souther hospitality here, which I have never found at any apartment complex ive ever been to.
As a current resident...I strongly recommend to everyone to look for a different place to live! The worst management ever and not at all honest. They milk you for every penny you are worth.
