Do not buy a Pulte home. I have never made such a huge mistake. The quality of the home is very poor. I’ve never seen so many corners cut in a home. I’ve lived in my house for almost a year and I am still having issues and requesting services that are all under warranty. Everything from the shower to the flooring was done incorrectly. I would recommend Dr Horton next door . Do not waster hour money on a poorly constructed home
