Friendly Staff plus a friend of ours lives here & her apartment is beautiful!
Thomas at The Ridge at Payseno Lane has been most helpful. I had a couple of small maintenance issues and he addressed them with his usual cheerful demeanor, getting things accomplished in a timely.manner. We will certainly miss him around the complex, as today is his last day here. Best of luck Thomas in your new endeavors.

I'm giving a 5 star review, mainly based on communication and professionalism we received from the management Christie, during our move in process. During our walk through I noticed imperfections, some painting on edges and scratches on the floor. Overall the apartment was clean. The wall paint color is great, with white doors and trim. Kitchen cabinets and appliances are very nice, a few more cabinets would be a plus.
