No consideration whatsoever – Indian Tree towed my motorcycle away with only 3 days notice saying it was in violation. There was no date written as to when it was going to be towed and since they were under new management, they decided to go around and stick notices on peoples vehicles, which TORE OFF MY PAINT JOB. It was only a motorcycle, they did not need to hire a tow person which costs $211 to get out of the lot.
