This was my first and only time I'm staying here. Many cockroaches in the room and in the bed. Mould in the shower. I'm glad I only spent 1 very short night here. Avoid staying here.
Very tired. Do not confuse with Rydges. Furniture is stain, tiles are chipped, mouldy in places, wood is rotten in places. Vanity is without a draw front, light fittings either have blown globes or only wires remain. Black stains on the clean linen. The list goes on. It was as clean enough. A residents dog did a pee in the elevator in front of me.
NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED in the photos! I booked this accommodation as the photos looked good but the room we got was completely different - very outdated, smelly, grimy and in state of disrepair - wire hanging from ceiling with no light on it, weird broken gyprock in corner of room, mouldy, missing bathroom drawers??? We left the property as this is not what we had paid for and is false advertising!
For every occasion my partner and I have made an effort to book a hotel and spent a weekend away. Our first stay at this hotel in a smaller room a year ago, was fine and we had no issues. However, when my partner and I rented--what was supposed to be a high-end room--for her birthday this weekend, we were left extremely disappointed. Stay there over the week once we got into the room everything started falling apart promised that they would be things within the kitchen. There was not being told. We weren’t really allowed to use the kitchen due to fire alarm. Bed was uncomfortable and broken. Car spaces are small could barely get in and out. Location is a good one service. They were really friendly and helpful.
