I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience. When I first contacted them, I was told they were busy with a client and couldn’t call me back. I was then informed that I was previously a client of their former employee, Tasha. I replied right away, clearly stating I was fine working with anyone else on their team. I was polite, flexible, and respectful. And yet.....I never heard back. Not a single message. Not a follow up. I had never had my brows laminated or my lashes lifted/tinted before. Jess did a great job! I would highly recommend. She is friendly, professional and I’m super impressed with the results. She was clear about the aftercare. The space is clean and very beautifully decorated. I’ll continue to come back for the service. Thanks Jess!
