The recipies are great. The food itself is great and they pair it with a nice adult beverage that usually complements not only the dish being prepared, but also the occassion or time of year. The main concern we have is that the recipies are for more advanced cooks and not novice cooks. It is most likely fine if you're able to follow along at the exact time that the zoom cooking event happens.
