Jonny at The Ride Shop is a very experienced, professional and responsive suspension tuner. I sent my '24 TE300 suspension to him from the PNW to set up for Hard Enduro. He made the experience quick and easy. Suspension felt great the first time I installed it. I just set it up how he said and ride it. He has been very responsive to answer all of my questions. I asked to have my beta suspension lowered and setup for dual sport. It’s amazing how The Ride Shop was able to convert my words into my reality. I can ride so many more miles, in so much more comfort with more stability and confidence. Highly suggested, this guy is a suspension magician.
Jonny is a magician with suspension. I just bought a new 300XCW and needed the suspension tuned for my weight and riding style. It's a night and day difference after Jonny set me up. This thing eats rocks and roots and was set up perfectly out of the box. I had never sent my stuff off to someone but Jonny made the shipping and customer service part so easy that I'll be sending my stuff back to him for all future service. Jonny is just the best guy to deal with, he really knows how to make suspension work. I've had him valve my 23 tm en300fi and kyb convert / revalve my 21 ktm. He is fast and knowledgeable I was willing to drop more money and change to A kit on my ktm and he steered me into kyb cartridges and revalving the stock shock saving me a ton of money. His setups are amazing, its really improved my speed on the bikes having him dial in the suspension they work so good everywhere!
