I've been to many shops in my 50yrs on motorcyles time. The Ride Factory is seriously hands down the best shop I've been to. Honest, hardworking, No pressure, no upsell. In fact they tried hard and succeeded in saving me money whereas other shops well, I never felt that way. It's so refreshing that they keep their promises and went the extra mile to get me back on the road in a very short amount of time.
