They even use a fake address. I wanna pay my bill in person because I don’t trust the Internet with my card. This is a proven legal alternative. I go to the address and it’s an entire floor is Hawaii electric company. They don’t even exist on that floor. Absolutely the worst law firm to ever deal with. If you have to deal deal with them, I recommend recording every phone call that you have to deal with them. And by that I mean by this is that every time that you tried to call them and they never answer. Because you will never talk to them on the phone. They refused to answer their phone calls.
