In a world with 7-star hotels it's a shame I can only leave 5 for The Richmond Dentist. An emergency appointment (to heal a stupidly self-inflicted wound) was squeezed in at next-to-no-notice by the wonderful Anita for whom nothing could be too much trouble. Brilliant comms and brilliant service backed up by always-brilliant dental care.
I am so happy that I chose The Richmond Dentist as my new dental practice. Anita, in reception, is very efficient and very friendly. I saw Dr Massey four times between April and July: once for a new patient appointment, once for a consultation about composite bonding; and twice for composite bonding appointments. Dr Gill and his team always make me feel welcome and comfortable. They really look after me and exceeded my expectations couldn’t recommend them enough. They are always so accommodating and Dr Gill goes above and beyond to ensure that your teeth are the way they are suppose to be. So glad I have came across them! Couldn’t thank them enough!!
