Don't move in here unless you have a lawyer and want to go to court. First off took them 6 months to repair a failed CITY INSPECTION and then threaten court fines on you when you can't work around their schedule. Recently got served with an eviction court notice for "not paying" rent 2 months ago even though it was paid. Now I have to go to court because they can't figure out what they are doing.Not to mention we are paying the price of a renovated unit but living in a not renovated unit.
