Vary bad place to live in this apartments.I was living in these apartments for one year and then we moved out because.No washer or dryer and needed to go wash at a laundromat.
i’ve toured many complexes in the few years i’ve lived here and this was the best experience i’ve ever had. Elizabeth specifically in the leasing office has gone above and beyond helping us and going out of her way to ensure we are taken care of. She is very personable and you can truly tell that she cares for everyone and their well being. we appreciate all of the extra help she has provided and it makes me feel confident that this complex cares for their tenants, especially with Elizabeth. highly recommend!
Be careful here the place just changed hands and unfortunately the new “owner/ property management company does less than the bare minimum, it’s been about a month since the changeover and they have yet to get the portal up and running, and in nine months I’ve seen more people move and run away from this place, than I care to count could be because of the borderline uninhabitable conditions you get faced with!!!
I've noticed a big improvement at Richfield Apartments over the past couple of weeks. The maintenance team has been much more responsive, and the new management has made a great first impression. I'm excited to see what they have planned for the community and the property moving forward. Julie and the staff has been friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, it's a great place to rent!
I have been in the office couple times and I can say that this place is going to start getting better with the new management I met Mariela she is so nice and caring she help me with all my questions and try her best on helping me. Thank you for help Mariela.
