10-10 would not recommend services. No bias insight but I wasn’t helped like I should have. I’m former military and had motion to withdraw on behalf of I don’t know why. Spoke of my own behalf to get charges dropped/lowered. Neither evidence I requested was obtained or presented in court. Prior to this mishap and accusations implemented on me, my record was spotless.
