We had coverage with the Richards Group for 5 or so years. They were wonderful, very helpful, responsive. Unfortunately we left on a sour note. We traveled out of state for a few months, and had to make a more permanent move. When we contacted them to find out the process, as they were the listed agent, and according to Progressive, if we needed to change or cancel our policy the listed agent, would have to initiate the process and help us not have a laps in insurance.
