Richard is THE BEST! He went above and beyond in helping us find a place. He really takes the time to get to know his clients needs and doesn't try to push anything outside of the box! He has excellent taste in spaces and neighborhoods and won't sell you short. He is extremely thorough in his walkthroughs and paperwork, and he will check in often and never forget about you!
