Best massage I ever got in my life! Pat was so welcoming & accommodating. I feel like a new person. The sauna definitely took it to the next level. Definitely coming back here.
I had a $75 massage and left a $15 tip afterward, which is a 20% tip and generally considered reasonable. However, the therapist then pointed at a tipping suggestion sign and explicitly asked me to tip $35 instead, which would be 46.6% of the service price. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and pressured. Tipping should always be voluntary, not demanded. Unfortunately, this experience seriously affected my overall impression of the service.
I had an amazing message, my right arm and lower backpain was killing me, Patt knew where I was hurting without me telling her. I came out refreshed and my pain till now is gone, I went there Monday 24th Nov and I'm still feeling good still. I recommend you going there, spoil your body she's amazing. I will be going more often.
I had the best experience with Patt! She is incredibly skilled and attentive. The pressure was perfect, and she knew exactly where my tension was without me even explaining. I left feeling light, relaxed, and completely refreshed. Highly recommend “Patt”— she’s amazing! She provides a five-star, spa-level experience. Her technique is smooth, intentional, and incredibly relaxing. Again, love coming to Rich Spa.
Super kind and accommodating owner. I had a terrible neck/ shoulder spasm and they were able to take me right away. I got the deep tissue massage, which was extremely thorough and I left feeling far better. The parking is just street meter and the location is pretty humble looking, but veryyy well worth the money.
