This is a very well respected place with a great sense safety, security and luxury. Love it here and I often visit the states for long amounts of time, for which I always look forward to my stays here.
We love living in this place. They keep the place spotlessly clean at all times. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. Best place in San Antonio to live in our opinion. It is also within proximity of many restaurants and shops.
Feels Like a Retreat, Right at Home!!! I loved staying at The Ricchi Condominiums—it’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at home. The swimming pool is spotless, peaceful, and feels almost private—perfect for sunbathing, reading, or just unwinding. The barbecue area is super comfortable and great for casual get-togethers. There’s even a cozy little gym that’s perfect for quick workouts. Living here feels like a mini retreat tucked inside the city. Highly recommend it!
After reading the reviews I'm glad I passed. Seems like a Mall Cop HOA hell hole.
