Took pictures of my home inside and out, many areas that they requested to show that it was in good condition.
Had our flood insurance through this agency. They ended up increasing our rate ridiculously last year, one reason was because they had the information incorrect on our policy which I tried to get corrected multiple times to no avail and was forced to pay the bill due to the date, and requirements by our bank. Bank. Needless to say, we shopped it this year and got the same policy with the same company through a different agency for nearly $5,000 less than this company charged us
