Can't get anywhere about my policy. Ghosted via repeated email requests, no return calls, and "hung up" when transferred. I'll be moving all my policies elsewhere. A review is a last resort to get someone's attention to a problem going on within their business.

The agent couldn't understand an email in English that I wanted to cancel my policy (said it didn't sound like a cancelation request) because I couldn't ride due to complications from thyroid cancer. She basically said my cancer was my fault. It was a rude, obscene and cowardly insult. I don't have any interest in riding if my only option is to deal with people who think they have the right to insult others.
