Awful! I have been with Abora Insurance for over 7 years, and my experience this past renewal has been beyond frustrating and unacceptable. My policy was around $800 for years, then increased to $1,600 last year, which I understood was normal with market changes. However, this most recent renewal jumped to almost $5,500 for a 1,700 sq ft home that is only 7 years old. That increase immediately raised major red flags. Worst experience I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This company owes me a refund of $1000 for an early canceled insurance policy. I’ve called them every 2 weeks for 4 months and they continue to double down on their claim of there is nothing they can do. I will delete this review once I get my money.
Teddy is an incredible insurance agent! He was extremely helpful in securing our commercial insurance. We were working with companies that required a lot of specific information, and he handled everything seamlessly, getting us fully squared away. Teddy is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He worked hard to find us the best possible price, and I can’t say enough good things about his services.
