The Rican Vegan!!!! I still can't get over this place. Their BBQ is 100% vegan and I could not tell the difference, not even close. I took a bite expecting an aftertaste of fake meat, what I got was a blessing of delicious BBQ flavor and texture. Kind of wild honestly.Then the Loaded Tostones on top of that, I was done, no notes. Truly flavorful and joyous Latin food and being plant based just adds to the soulful nature of the deliciousness of each bite. Josh is a true gentleman and I plan to return as often as I can, bravo!
Delicious food with great service. Caught this food truck downtown after hours and they were closing up. Josh still served us and the food was bomb.com can’t wait to try these guys again!
I was able to visit the Rican Vegan Food Truck while they where in Miramar Beach. The food was absolutely fabulous. I ordered the taco plate with beans and rican rice and the presentation, food quality, portion size where all great! I am so happy that they are here on the Emerald Coast and hope to visit them again soon!
